Registration Guidelines
Registration is open via Online Registration form:
All participants must register via the Online Registration Form. Each participant will receive a registration number by email after submitting the Online Registration Form. The preferred method of payment is by bank transfer (EUR or CZK), but there is also possibility to pay by card online.
Payments completed by bank transfer can be processed only after receiving your registration number. Payment by bank transfer must include the registration number and participant’s name in the payment details.
Please consider using a personal email account if your work email is connected to an institution with high security and privacy settings as email may be transferred to junk folders.
If you are registering another person, you may create an account using your own personal details and complete the registration form with the delegate’s information.

Regular and Student registration fee includes: Conference materials Access to all lectures, poster sessions during the conference. Refreshments during the conference (welcome party, coffee breaks and garden/pub party). Note: *Student fee – further documents approving student status may be required. Eligible for student fee is a PHD or master’s degree, under 35 years of age. **Retired – means retiree with no institutional income. | Accompanying person registration fee includes: Accompanying person badge. Methods of Payment:
By Credit Card: via system Stripe (online form included in the registration form)
By Bank Transfer: (bank coordinates, will receive after the registration) (CZK/EUR)
VISA REQUIREMENTS
All foreign visitors (instead of EU countries) to the Czech Republic must possess a passport, which validity finishes at least 3 months after the end of their stay in the country. Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to consular Office of the Czech Republic or diplomatic missions in their country in order to ovoid delay in travel to Conference.
It is strongly recommended that all foreigners check the web site of the Czech Embassy since changes are often made.

Invitation letter for visa application (Only for registered participants)

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Until 1st June 2025 – 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From 1st June 2025 no refund can be processed.
No refunds will be given for registrations and ticketed events for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure from the conference PCFES2025.
All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to the Secretariat of the PCFES2025 using pcfes@kfkl.cz and cannot be done over the phone.
Requests for refunds made after 10th June 2025 will not be considered.
For any change of name a fee of 30 EUR will be charged.
All refund will be made after the end of the conference.
